“The online maths lessons with Divine Global have been the only ones which have worked with my 13 year old daughter. Dr Pathak has a very gentle, peaceful, calm and kindly way of explaining things that stopped her getting freaked out by maths. When she starts to struggle, he doesn’t pressurise but just explains a topic in a different way: he finds multiple doors and opens them from the other side. As an education specialist myself, I was especially concerned about finding the right tutor for my daughter. Most of all, it has been absolutely wonderful to see the effect upon her self-esteem and future ambitions”.

Divine Global supported me through a few courses on Drug and Alcohol Awareness. I had thought it would be hard because of my dyslexia but we went through it slowly in their lovely sunny office in Maidstone (with a lot of biscuits!) and it was OK in the end. It felt like a LGBT+ safe space and they were really supportive.

Our son has English as an Additional Language and was diagnosed with Special Educational Needs but he doesn’t go to a SEN school. He was studying with Dr Pathak for over two years. It helped him a lot with his problems, such as concentrating and being able to relate maths to real life. My son can now answer questions that he would have been afraid to try before.

I was asked to get a CV as part of my jobseeker’s claim. I am no good with writing but I contacted Divine Global who sat me down and we went all through my jobs and skills and made me a great CV. I didn’t think there was that much to write but they asked me lots of questions and I was surprised how long it was in the end. I got my CV done in about an hour and they printed it out for me too as well.

Divine Global has been giving me online English lessons throughout the Coronavirus lockdown. My first language is Bengali. My teacher is amazing and talks clearly. Usually i understand but she goes more slowly if I don’t. My online lessons have helped me improve my sentence structure, tenses and verbs.

My son Edward started tutoring at home with Divine Learning less than a year ago. He is a very anxious young person who finds difficult to concentrate. Khum is very calm and knowledgeable with a lot of experience teaching SEND students. His calm approach to teaching Maths has been great for Edward. He has made a lot of academic progress and enjoys his lessons so much that he never complaints about them or has ever refused to do them. What is more, he asked to resume them as soon as it was safe to do so due to the pandemic. He is looking forward to start his Maths A level knowing that he will be supported by Divine Learning.
